Planning Consultation

On our pre shoot planning zoom, our team member will go over every detail of your photoshoot experience and will help you design your very own dream session. This call helps to answer any questions that may pop up before your session.
A 60 min Photoshoot Experience at our Monroeville Studio for one child (with the option to add on more subjects)

We will have an hour blocked on our schedule for your photoshoot experience. Your session will include our signature props, styles and sets. Our photographer will use all of our tips and tricks to guide you through each pose, making sure you look fabulous!

Our team will help you go through all the photos from your photoshoot and you’ll decide what you want to go home with.
A gifted $300 Credit

With this project we are gifting our participants an additional $300 credit that can be used towards any size custom artwork.

Deposit required to book your spot in our Project
To secure your photoshoot our studio requires a $190 deposit. The deposit is returned to you on the day of your ordering appointment as an art credit and can be applied towards any of our custom artwork.
Due to the limited availability, a deposit is required to ensure you show up for your photoshoot and our team is compensated if you decided to cancel or no show.

Not at all. The Couture Kids Project is a curated experience, not a contest. We intentionally open a limited number of spots each season and personally select people who are the right fit for this project. If you're invited, it's because we believe you resonate with our mission and your story belongs in this style work.

If you're able to secure a spot in our project, you can experience a photoshoot with us valued at $1300.
We require a $190 deposit to lock in your dates, and artwork is available for purchase after your session. If you would like to add on additional subjects to your session, then you can do that for a slightly larger deposit.
This deposit ensures everyone's time is valued, including yours, and reserves our team for you for the day. The deposit reduces cancellations and no shows, and without one we wouldn't be able to offer this experience to so many deserving moms. The deposit can be applied on the day of your ordering appointment towards additional photos and products.

Yes! As most people fall in love with more than what’s included in the giveaway, we want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to go home with what they love.
We offer financing through Affirm, Klarna, and Paypal Credit.
We also offer complimentary photos if you put money towards a collection or art piece. -
Of course. On the day of your ordering appointment you’ll look at the photos with our team and select your favorite photos and decide what you’d like to purchase. You’ll only go home with whatever you fall in love with and whatever is in your budget.

Our studio is located in Monroeville Pennsylvania.

Yes, retouching is included with every session. We can provide full retouching or minimal depending on your preference.

You will arrive at the studio photo ready, however we have partnered with many artists around the city who can either come to you to help you get glammed up, or that have studio locations you can go to. Just let us know if you need a recommendation.

Of course! Included in every photoshoot is a style guide where we walk you through common options. You are welcome to bring your top selections with you to the studio and we can help you pare down on the day of.

Our main two products at the studio are framed canvas art pieces and heirloom albums. With anything you get in printed form, you will get a matching social media sized file.

Some people choose this experience for one, some prefer to have siblings photographed together, others prefer to upgrade to a family session. We’re here to guide you on what is best for you.

Meet the Owner
I'm Heather, and some of my earliest memories involve being in front of a camera.
When I was three years old, my mom took me to Glamour Shots and she is fully convinced it’s the reason I became a photographer. There is something that happens when someone points a lens at you and says you are worth capturing. It plants a seed.
In the next few months, I'll become a mother myself. I think about what it means to build a life around preserving the moments that matter most.
After more than a decade building Heather Tabacchi Photography into a couture portrait studio known for heirloom artwork and transformative experiences, I understand deeply what it means to want to hold onto something, to freeze a feeling before it changes. Motherhood is the ultimate lesson in that. They grow so fast.
The Couture Kids Project exists because these moments deserve more than a snapshot.
